Unrestricted Gift Giving: Annual Campaign Funds are comprised of unrestricted funds given to support an organization within a fiscal year. “Unrestricted” funds are contributions which can be used for any program supported by the organization. The “fiscal year” is any annual period, without regard to the calendar year, at the end of which an organization determines its financial condition. The Junior League of Northern Westchester’s fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.
Membership Support of the Junior League of Northern Westchester and the Annual Campaign: Full Membership participation in the annual fund is encouraged. Any amount is appreciated. Members are asked to think about all that we’ve learned, the impact our League has had on our community, and the friends we’ve made. We should reflect upon the meaning that the League has brought to our lives and to the lives of others. Then, think about how a contribution to the annual fund can reflect that meaning.
